Individual Repairs / Servicing

Should an issue arise at your property without a Fixed-Price Plan in place, we might still be able to assist. Depending on availability, we can potentially arrange for a qualified tradesman to visit your home for a fee. Fixed-Price Plans

We now provide various Fixed-Price Plans to cover repair expenses from drainage system issues, executed by skilled professionals. This service is offered by House & Home Protection Group Ltd, registered in England & Wales at Flat 8 Moss Lodge, Talbot Close, Mitcham, CR4TFJ, with Registration Number: 15611391. All disputes are resolved within the UK. Our plans include a one-time payment for unlimited drainage system repairs. For current plan prices, visit our Pricing page. Note: These plans are service plans, not insurance products, hence, not subject to insurance regulations. According to the contract's terms, House & Home Protection Group Ltd commits to covering repair costs by approved repairers or product replacement as authorized. Contract of Services

Upon requesting and receiving a product or service, you agree to pay House & Home Protection Group Ltd the applicable fees, detailed in any provided quotes, contracts, or verbally over the phone. Fees are invoiced from service establishment day and in advance for Fixed-Price Plans. Materials and products used for out-of-plan repairs remain House & Home Protection Group Ltd's property until full payment. Failure to pay on time may result in material/product reclamation. All purchase details, including instructions and pricing, are clarified and agreed upon at the time of purchase.

What’s Protected?

Breakdown protection during the Protection Period includes one item installed at the listed address. For multiple item protection, individual plans must be purchased. If a breakdown occurs, notify The Administrator within seven days of fault awareness. Service provision is subject to external conditions like weather and transport system failures.

Repair Conditions

An inspection and service will be scheduled for included products. Unmaintained homes or services may lead to declined requests. Costs exceeding plan coverage require your payment of the difference. Additional work or superior replacement parts will incur extra charges.

General Conditions

False or fraudulent statements void the contract. Reasonable equipment protection and maintenance are required. Valid claim recovery efforts will be pursued in your name at our expense. Alongside the premium, any applicable tax must be paid. This service is governed by UK law, excluding third-party contract rights unless otherwise stated.

Plan Details

Each Fixed-Price Plan (Home Drainage, Kitchen Appliances, Electronics/Devices, Garden Equipment, Roof, Ceiling, Curtains/Carpets/Blinds/Upholstery, Home Structure, Window/Door, Electrical System) specifies what is covered and excluded. House & Home Protection Group Ltd strives to repair or replace items within the plan scope, up to £1000.00. Exclusions generally cover accidental damage, cosmetic damage, and issues arising from improper use or external factors.

Payments & Plans

Payment options include VISA, MasterCard, Direct Debit, and Discover Cards. Charges appear as HOUSEHOMEPROTECT on statements.

Reporting Faults / Asking for Help

For mechanical breakdowns, contact our customer services immediately. An online support team or technician visit may be advised. All relevant product information should be available during your call.

Complaints

For service complaints, start by emailing [email protected]. If unresolved, escalate the complaint to management via the same email. Further disputes may be taken to your nearest Trading Standards office, following the initial complaint process.

Note: This service is not covered by UK Insurance laws, and complaints cannot be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
